Return policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your AINIWU purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process under the following terms. Please read this policy carefully.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged
All Footwear that shows any signs of wear, including but not limited to: Casual Footwear, Heels, Sandals, and Sneakers (unless defective upon arrival).
Intimate apparel.
Swimwear with hygiene liners removed.
Any item marked as "Final Sale" on the product page or receipt.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Us
Please contact our customer service team within the return window to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number may be delayed or refused.

Step 2: Pack and Ship
Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
4. Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Refund Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Deductions: The refund amount will be for the item's purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. In cases where a free shipping promotion was applied, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from the refund. Any return shipping fees paid by you will not be refunded.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or color:
Initiate a return for the original item as described above.
Place a new order on our website for the desired item.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at assistance@ainiwu.com with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We will cover the cost of return shipping and promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.
7. Sale Items
Items purchased during a sale or at a discount may be returned for a refund of the sale price paid.
8. Return Shipping Costs & Risks
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the items. We are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend you:
